HIPAA-capable infrastructure
DentalSuite uses vendors and infrastructure capable of supporting HIPAA obligations. Available business associate agreements are established as required through contracting and onboarding.
The public website does not request PHI
Early-access and contact forms collect business contact information only. Visitors should never submit patient names, records, treatment details, or other protected health information through public forms.
Compliance is shared work
Technical safeguards support a practice's compliance program, but each customer remains responsible for its workforce, policies, device security, account administration, and legally required uses and disclosures.
